Change Result Grouping
Group reactions by scheme, document, or transformation.
Grouping by document displays the option filter by structure match and a link for experimental protocols.
Change Result View
When grouping reactions by document, view expanded or collapsed results.
Clear Filter(s)
Click the X to clear an individual filter or Clear All Filters. Multiple filters of the same category appear under a drop-down menu.
Combine with Saved Items
Combine results with a saved results and searches.
Download Filter Contents
Download the contents (name and number value) for all or applied filters as an .xlsx file.
Download Results
Download results to a .pdf or .rtf file and result details to a .pdf or .rdf file. Note: PDF downloads include search task history.
Filter Results
Select filters and the Filter by or Exclude behavior to focus the result set.
Get Similar Reactions
Click the ellipsis (...) and select Get Similar Reactions to view reactions based on the similarity of adjacent atoms to the reaction center.
Go to Page
Type a page number and press Enter to go to that page.
Keep/Remove Results
Click the # Selected button to keep or remove selected results.
Model Reaction
Click the ellipsis (...) and select Send to Structure Editor to populate the drawing tool with the reactant(s) and product(s) of the reaction with associated roles and reaction arrow.
Note: If the reaction is a ‘Product Only’ reaction, only the product will be modeled to the editor.
Save Results/Search and Set Alert
Click the Save icon and then select Save and Alert to save selected results/search and create alert.
Select Results
Check the box to select result(s) to keep/remove, save, email, or download.
Share Results
Click the Save icon and then select Share Results to share results via email.
View Patent Reference
Click the PatentPak button, and then click a PatentPak Option to view the patent reference.
View Reaction Reference
View reaction reference's detail page.
View Related Reference Data
Click the View Related Results button to view related reference results.
Note: Match highlighting does not carry over to related result sets and their downloads.
View Result Detail
Click the CAS Reaction Number to view reaction on the reaction result's detail page.
View Substance Information
Click any structure image or name to open its substance window.
View Suppliers
Click Suppliers to view a list of substance vendors.
View Experimental Protocols
View experimental protocols on the result's detail page.
