Add Results to Project
Click the folder icon to add results to a new or existing project; click the folder icon on an individual result to add it to a project.
Clear Filter(s)
Click the X to clear an individual filter or Clear All Filters. Multiple filters of the same category appear under a drop-down menu.
Change Result View
View full or partial results.
Combine with Saved Items
Combine results with a saved results and searches.
Customize Properties Display
Customize the physical properties displayed for each result.
Download Filter Contents
Download the contents (name and number value) for all or applied filters as an .xlsx file.
Download Results
Download results or and result details to a .pdf, .xlsx, .rtf, or .sdf file and structures only to a .pdf or .rtf file. Note: PDF and RTF downloads include search task history.
Filter Results
Select filters and the Filter by or Exclude behavior to focus the result set.
Keep/Remove Results
Click the # Selected button to keep or remove selected results.
Save Project
Click the ribbon icon to save the result detail and create an alert.
Save Results/Search and Set Alert
Click the ribbon icon and then select Save and Alert to save selected results/search and create alert.
Select Results
Check the box to select result(s) to keep/remove, save, email, or download.
Note: The number assigned to a result (next to the box) may change.
Share Results
Click the ribbon icon and then select Share Results to share results via email.
Sort Results
Sort the result set by relevance, CAS RN, molecular weight, number of references, or number of suppliers.
View in CAS BioFinder
Click the ellipsis (...) for the option to view the result's pharmaceutical data in CAS BioFinder.
View Related Data
Select the References, Reactions, or Suppliers options to retrieve data related to the result set.
Note: Match highlighting does not carry over to related result sets and their downloads.
View Result Detail
Click the registry number or one of the Key Physical Properties to view more information on the substance result's detail page.
View Result Visualization
Click the Analyze Results button to toggle on/off a visual display of the top results by category.
View by Structure Match
Select the type of Structure Match. Click Analyze Structure Precision to view a breakdown of the structure's precision.
Note: The Structure Match options only appear if you used a structure query for the search.
View Substance Information
Click the structure image to open the substance window, which contains options to view details, zoom image, retrieve related data, or copy image to the Structure Editor.
