In the Download Sequence Results window:
- Select a File Type: Excel (.xlsx) or FASTA (.fasta)
- Select Quantity:

Excel (.xlsx): Download the first 1000 results or a specific range (up to 1000 results).

FASTA (.fasta): Download the first 100 results or a specific range (up to 100 results).

- (Optional) You may edit the auto-generated file name.
- Click the Download button.
The Excel (.xlsx) file contains:

- Sequence Length
- CAS Registry Number
- Accession Number
- PubMed ID
- NCBI Identifier
- Organism
- Number of Patents, Patent Number
- Sequence ID
- E-Value
