You may filter sequence results by any combination of the following:
- E-Value (Expect Value): The number of matches expected by chance. The value decreases as the match score increases, so selecting an e-value range on the low side displays more stringently matched results.

Query Coverage %: Minimum percentage of the query that must match the subject sequence. Select 100% if the entire query be must present in the subject sequence to be considered a match.

Subject Coverage %: Minimum percentage of the subject sequence that must match the query sequence. Select 100% if the entire subject be must present in the query sequence to be considered a match.

Alignment Identity %: Percentage match between the query and subject sequences.
- Organisms: Organism names with the count of NCBI results associated with the Organism listed.

Sequence Length: Range of the subject sequence length.
