BLAST Sequence Results Overview

Download results to an Excel (.xlsx) or FASTA (.fasta) file.

Select filters to focus the result set.

GoToPage.png

Type a page number and press Enter to go to that page.

SelectAnotherSequence.png

If you searched multiple sequences, click the drop-down menu to select and view another sequence's results.

Share results via email.

ViewBioscape.png

Click the Create Bioscape Analysis button to view a three-dimensional analysis of the sequence results. Note: Bioscape uses up to the first 1000 results.

ViewReferences.png

Click the References button to view references indexing the sequence result.

ViewRelatedData.png

Click the Subject or References tabs to view sequence and patent/journal data related to the result.

ViewResultReferences.png

Click the References button at the top of the page to view patent references for the entire result set. Note: Only available when the total number of patents for the entire result set is less than 1000.
