The result set download drop-down menu has also been updated (began in release 40.2) to support the ability to download detail records from a result set:

  • For download options that are available in a summary form, e.g. the current PDF result set format, the download options will be listed in the ‘Download Results’ section of the drop-down menu.
  • For download options that are available in a detailed form, e.g. Tagged, the download option will be listed in the ‘Download Result Details’ section of the drop-down menu.
  • Download options that support both a summary and a detailed version will be listed in both sections.

Subsequent releases will provide the ability to:

  • Download detailed PDF records from a result set.
  • Download Rich Text format in a result set form.

Detail page drop-down menu:

Clicking the ‘Rich Text (.rtf)' option will download the appropriate reference(s) with the default file name of 'References_YYYYMMDD_HHMM.rtf', e.g. References_20181024_1525.rtf, from a result set and 'Reference_YYYYMMDD_HHMM.rtf', e.g. Reference_20181024_1525.rtf from a reference detail.

The current download limit of 1000 references is enforced from a reference result set.

Refactor Combine Selected Saved Answers

The primary objective of this feature is to improve the performance of ‘Saved’ items page loading as well as an improved user interaction and experience while combining saved results. In the previous iteration, the eligibility of saved items for combining was established while loading the ‘Saved’ items page which resulted in unintended negative performance. In the current iteration, the eligibility of ‘Saved’ items to be combined is not established until the user opts in to the combine functionality.

This feature allows users to combine saved items. Saved items are eligible to be combined if answers were selected prior to saving the result set or it is a detail record. Future releases will introduce the ability to combine query-only based saved items.

The combine saved answer set functionality is available for saved references, reactions, and substances.

The answer sets can be combined in three ways:

  • Add: This option will provide all answers present in all selected saved items (OR).
  • Intersect: This option will provide only the answers that are present in all selected saved items (AND).
  • Subtract: This option will provide results that are present in one saved item that are not present in a second saved item (NOT).

The 'Add' and 'Intersect' options can be applied to 2 to 5 saved items, while the 'Subtract' option can only be applied to 2 saved items.

While upon the 'Saved' items page, a button to ‘Combine Saved Results’ will be displayed below the filters as shown below.
